Virtual Phone Numbers (DIDs) of the following countries require registration:
While many countries have an unrestricted policy for Virtual Phone Number allocation, some require documentation. The following requirements apply when purchasing a Virtual phone number from these countries.
Austria - Geographic:
* Current Address in Austria (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Belgium:
* Current address in Belgium (must be from the same area in Belgium as the DID ordered);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
China:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* 2 proof of address forms (2 copies of utility bills no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Costa Rica:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
France - Geographic:
* Current address in France (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
France - National:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* French passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Georgia - Geographic:
* Current Address in Georgia, Tbilisi (street, number, postal code);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Georgian passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Germany:
* Current address in Germany (must be from the same city in Germany as the DID ordered);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Greece:
* Current Address in Greece (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Hong Kong:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* 2 proof of address forms (2 copies of utility bills no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Hungary:
* Current Address in Hungary (must be from the same area in Hungary as the DID ordered);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Ireland - Geographic:
* Current address in Ireland (must be from the same area in Ireland as the DID ordered);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Italy:
* Current address in Italy (must be from the same area in Italy as the DID ordered);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Luxembourg:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Japan:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Malaysia:
* Current address in Malaysia (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Malta:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Netherlands:
* Current address in Netherlands (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Portugal:
* Current address in Portugal (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;

Russia:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Serbia:
* Current address in Serbia (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Switzerland:
* Current Address in Switzerland (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Thailand:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Turkey:
1. Turkish National ID card copy (both sides);
2. Turkish mobile phone number (verification code will be sent to this mobile number);
3. Latest invoice for Turkish mobile number:
* addressed to the same end user indicated in step 1;
* including the mobile phone number indicated in step 2;.
Ukraine - Geographic:
* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
Other Countries:
* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
* Passport or ID copy;
PLEASE NOTE: In case registration process is performed under a company name,
the company registration certificate shall be provided instead of passport or ID copy.
